Hey guys! Just had a fucking PUMPING leg workout! I love it when you have a good one! Can barely even type! Did this:
Deep leg press supersetted dumbell squat jumps
Hack Squat drop sets supersetted Stiff leg Deadlift
Leg extensions triple drop supersetted lying leg curls triple drop
Walking lunges
Anyone who says weight training doesnt work you're cardio should do this fucking workout! Don't do it all the time, just when I'm feeling super psycho

For a change of pace I decided to superset my Chest/Tri's/Abs this morning. Let me tell you although I obviously can't go as heavy as usual, the burn I got was crazy. That and sweat was pouring down my face. I only do this like once every 8 weeks or so, but it's deffiantly a nice change.
 
How the fuck did you get through a workout like that? I would have passed out halfway man, are u on gear?
 
I'm not on gear at the moment - but I do quite a bit of anaerobic cardio stuff - kickboxing and stuff ilke that. I always feel a bit crook near the end, and while my training partners doing his set, I usually am lying on the floor!
 
Used to superset squats with leg exts, hack squats with leg curls...loved it. Hated puking though.
