Why is one leg sorer than the other?

Often, the day after my DE box squat workout, my right hammie will be more sore than my left. I can think of 3 possible reason that might cause this, but I don't know which one it is.

Either

- the right leg is stronger than the left, and is taking up the slack, or

- the right leg is weaker than the left, and is getting beat up more, or

- I have some sort of nervous system firing problem, causing me to activate my right leg more than my left.

So, which one do you think it is? Or is it something that I haven't thought of? How can I correct the imbalance?

Easy way to test imbalace. Get in a leg press ( i know , I know) and do single leg leg press' put ienough weight on th e bar to work hard for 10-12 reps and see which leg is harder to do. If your new to ME box than it could be jsut a groove thing.

IMHO...

Just be glad the middle leg isn't short...

Sorry, for the cheap shot.

Just because one hammie gets more sore than the other, doesn't necessarily mean there is an imbalance. I think you should continue to train as always and your body will work it out. Give it time to correct itself.
