Why do sarms crystallized sometimes?

I just got some sarms in the mail and the stuff has crystallized. Is it safe to take it like this or do I need to fix it or get a refund
I trying to put it in a hot bowl and some of the crystals went away but then a day later they come back

this is because likely exposed to extreme temperatures... generally if you run it under warm water a few times it will be back to normal

changes in temperature make sarms crystalize
that happens all the time it's a regular problem
just shake well warm up the bottle and use

You would have to warm up bottle every time you use it
