I cannot figure out why I have this bloat in my stomach. I think I'm around 12% bf....I can see all my abs when not flexing....little fat around the back (love handles) but hardly any on stomach anymore....It looks so odd....kind of like the GH gut look...where it sticks out even though your abs are showing. I'm not bloated in the face or anywhere else, just in the stomach. (I can't remember when it started, never noticed it come on after starting a certain supp regime or anything like that)
I eat a very low salt/sodium level...very low. I eat very cleanly with few carbs (under 100 per day).
Only supps I'm currently taking are N2Slin, FOrged Burner, and N2 burn. No gear, no sarm, no PH, etc
I use WTBM for my protein
I train 5 days per week with weights, and do about 15 cardio sessions per week (2 or 3 per day, 45 minutes each...I do a ton of cardio)
Any ideas? I figure it has to be diet related but I eat very clean, and like I said, very little salt/sodium.
