Why am I so bloated?

I cannot figure out why I have this bloat in my stomach. I think I'm around 12% bf....I can see all my abs when not flexing....little fat around the back (love handles) but hardly any on stomach anymore....It looks so odd....kind of like the GH gut look...where it sticks out even though your abs are showing. I'm not bloated in the face or anywhere else, just in the stomach. (I can't remember when it started, never noticed it come on after starting a certain supp regime or anything like that)

I eat a very low salt/sodium level...very low. I eat very cleanly with few carbs (under 100 per day).

Only supps I'm currently taking are N2Slin, FOrged Burner, and N2 burn. No gear, no sarm, no PH, etc
I use WTBM for my protein

I train 5 days per week with weights, and do about 15 cardio sessions per week (2 or 3 per day, 45 minutes each...I do a ton of cardio)

Any ideas? I figure it has to be diet related but I eat very clean, and like I said, very little salt/sodium.

Usually i get bloated after eating a meal with a lot of fiber like go lean cereal and sometimes after eating fruit so it could be that. But yeah u should eat more carbs if ur working out that much. Carbs are energy bro!

I'm the same only if i wat lots of carbs, If you're not eating alot of carbs, taking creatine or if you feel this way in the morning without any food in you then it could be genetics, certain people have thicker waist even with abs showing, if your waist is naturally not thick and still feel bloated then you're not lean enough, you should get to 8%.

Just noticed you said 12%, 12% is not lean enough for abs to show without flexing, so get below 10%, then see how it looks.

Actually I just jumped back on it after about 4 months off. I've been on about a week. It has seemed worse in the past week actually; which prompted my post. Would n2slin cause bloat? I was under the impression it would have the opposite effect.

Yeah i was just guessing 12% havnt been officially tested it with calipers. Would love to get under 10% but am at a major plateau where I'm at. Can't break through even with clean diet and unrealistic amounts of cardio.

I can't use need2slin it makes me bloated and lethargic big time
 
Interesting! Cause the lethargy I had the first 3 days after starting N2Slin was UNBEARABLE. I thought it was just a coincidence. I have taken N2slin before but didn't notice the bloat or lethargy before...but at that time I was also cycling Osta and GW so it would make sense why I didn't have the energy/endurance loss.
