Here is a recipe for tortilla's. I cant stand going to the store and paying $3+ for something I know takes about $.05 and 30 minutes to make.
What you will need...
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2Tbsp olive oil
1.2 cup warm water
combine flour salt and baking powder. Add olive oil and mix in. Add water about 1-2 tbsp at a time. If more is needed then add more.
Knead on the countertop for about 20 times. The ball should weight about 17 oz. Let it rest for 15 minutes and divide into 10 balls. These will roll into about 7 inch diameter rounds. Heat a dry pan, preferably cast iron, over medium to high heat and cook the rounds for about 30 seconds each side. Let them cool and then place into a zip lock bag for the week.
