Who still does a lot of olympic bar curls?

As I stated in earlier post: I didnt get much out of bb curls until i got my form right, but now that i got it right, hurts friggin good.

Good form:

- do bb curls against wall or pole for 2 weeks to take out the lower back swing
- after that do them free standing again, but move SLOW on the eccentric
- consciously fully stretch the arms and pull your shouldergirdle downward with your lats before you curl the bar (otherwise you will lower the delts and elbows halfway the curl in order to "dive" under the bar, which is cheating and should only be done at the last 3 reps)

I do them, but they're among my least favorit excercises. Did them last night in fact: 3 sets, 85,95,105 (10,8,6). I hate doing bis.
 
When I do BB curls they are wide grip due to wrist pain, That seems to help alot. Wide grip forces a big contraction in the biceps due to supination.
 
Cool. Thanks for all the replies. Good to see a lot of people still do these.

As far as cheating goes, I try to stay pretty strict for the majority of my reps, but it can be useful towards the end to really put the hurt on the biceps.
