Tomorow i will be walking the stairs (20 flights) in my apartment building. I walk up and down over and over. Just watch the sweat drip. I didn;t believe it at first how hard it was. And believe me it is an aweseom workout for your calves. Beware you might not be able to walk for a few days, your calves will be too tight! Try it if you can. I like to change it up so Ii dont get bored. And i get bored easily. My miind is always moving too fast!
I go like 15 flights, 10 flights, 5, 10, 15, 20 ...
