since Ive started making an effort to intake 250-300 grams protein daily Ive noticed my total calories are around 2500-2700, which isnt that much. Im seeing that foods that are almost pure protein like chicken, fish, powders, dont have that many calories. And since Im eating a lot of high protein foods in order to get the 250-300 grams protein, Im just not that hungry to eat more food to intake more total calories.
Is this a problem or is getting the right amount of protein the key?
