Which is better for chest growth, training 1 or 2 times a week

Sup guys, im just looking on some opinions on how many times you think Chest should be trained a week for best growth results. Thanx for any input

I think if you're eating right and getting enough rest, the chest can be worked 2x a week. I've been doing it ever since my bench was lagging. Monday I do Incline BB / Flat DB / Dips / Fly Machine. Thursday I do Incline DB / Flat BB / Dips / Pec Deck / Skulls. I've been upping my weight slowly each week, I'm really enjoying the results, but listen to what others say as well. Good luck.

Re

You are going to hear 5 different answers from 5 different people. I do it twice a week. Just see what's best for your body.

I prefer one time per week to allow for optimal recovery.. but thats just me. :D I suggest varying it bro determine what works best for you. Experience is the key in this sport.

I do chest twice a week first time on monday very heavy with compound movements. Very low reps no more than 8 after warm up and as heavy the dumbell I can put up that day. Then on friday or saturday morning I do nothing but isolation movements with lower weight and very strict form putting extra effort into squeezing for 2 seconds a time at full peak contraction.

Are you training it HARD ENOUGH?

2 times per week? WOW! You must have a fast recovery or you are just working it for strenthg and not size...

Have you seen good results with that split? I can't seem to get my flat bench over 165. I train chest twice a week, as I said above, doing a slightly different routine.
