When should I do my cardio?

JG1

New member
I'm in the 3rd week of my cycle which consists of:

Ttokkyo Cyp...500mg/week 1-10
Ttokkyo EQ....600mg/week 1-10
IP Winny.........50mg/day 6-12
Fina...............75mg/day 6-12
Liquidex....... .5mg/day

My workout is:

Monday: Chest/Back (done in compound sets)
Wednesday: Shoulders, Arms (arms done in compund sets)
Friday: Legs

Would I be better off doing my cardio right after my workouts, or on my days off first thing in the morning on an empty stomach? Also, should I wait untill I start the winny/Fina before starting the cardio? I'm really looking to harden up and lean out when I start the winny/fina.

thanks,

Both equally bad. Do it on non-lifting days. Or, do it on the morning on a non-empty stomach.

You're already got plenty of juice in your system, I wouldn't be too worried about excess catabolism, but still....

(And start the cardio now)

your getting big

do it the cardio on tues.

thurs.

and optional sturday.

go to an empty parking lot, and push a car for 30 minutes....great cardio.

or hit a drive sled.

if you can i would do it in the morning on what ever day you choose, maybe skip leg day and the day after..........

I say hit the cardio hard for 15-20min. Like a HIIT style. It will raise metabolism up for longer periods of time, and i'd avoid doing it on empty stomach, you risk pulling protein from muscles for energy.

actually your body will deplete your glycogen which will happen quick, then to your fat stores.i wouldn't worry about burning muscle unless you plan on an hour of cardio......20-30 is plenty.

When trying to bulk, 3 times a week, when you get up on an empty stomach, for 30 minutes. Walk fast enough so that your not out of breath. Another way to look at cardio is it gets all those supplements to those thirsty muscles!:p

KEEP IT AT 75% IMO

ALSO take into account that it takes 5-10 minuted to get in to the heart rate that you want........

so in the am be prepared to warm up for that amount of time....then do an additional 25-30 minutes at that heart rate.

also I suggest you by a polar heart rate monitor.

the ones that you find on cardio equipment..are flawed

I invested in one.....and was suprised by the results.....and how easy it was to loose some fat.

previuosly I hit the cardio..and was doing it a too high of a rate.

my workouts suffered, and I was not loseing the fat I wanted too.

also DO CARDIO...it will help you heal from your workouts.....keep your heart strong.......and increase flexibilty and blood flow

goodluck
