So I eat a lot of spinach (or at least try to) but sometimes, when I don't I take wheat grass pills. I did some research on them and they seem legit (obviously not as good as eating the real thing..) but does anyone know if this is just a waste or what? They aren't too expensive but I do wonder at times, which vitamins, minerals, etc, are really a waste...
