Depends on what kind of time we have. If we only have 5 minutes, we can get eachother off in 5 minutes. If have two days of free time, we can go for two days taking short breaks for water and snacks. If it is the normal weekday sex, it is usually about an hour or two. I always try to aim for a 3 to 1 ratio though. For every one of my orgasms, I need to give her 3.
