but then i look at my stilts and realize its probably in my best judgement to train them harder than any other part
i only do 220 for 8 reps...
its funny cause on here thats absolutely pathetic, but at my gym (college gym no less) 90% of people of do squats (which is about 5% of the gym pop'n) uses 1 plate or maybe a bit more, and mostly do quarter squats at that.
then there the occasional guy with like 12 plates on who scratches his ass on the ground for like 20 reps
