well one of the things you need to do is set realistic goals and build consistency especially if you're powerlifting

If you already answered these questions sorry I missed them. I workout totally for function,size strength speed and mobility. Have over thirty years.

Hello, new to the group. Does anyone know where I can get this old training program (workout guide) from an old George Spellwin's Ultimate Physique Recomposition Phase 1 and 2? I did this program back in 2000 and it worked! trying to get my hands on the actual workout plan.
