What's The Best Type Of Cardio For Losing Bodyfat???

Guys, in your opinion, what's the best type of cardio to use while trying to lose bodyfat? Is it the Treadmill? Recumbent Bicycle? Eliptical Trainer? Or your basic Jump Rope? Opinions please...

Depends on cycle, body type and current level of fitness. Kinda like asking what's the best AAS? Depends on your goals.

For me, Eliptical Trainer @ 65% of Max burns about 600 cal/45 minutes....that's about all I want to do 3-5 times a week without catabolism.

pick up the July issue of FitnessRX mag-they do a study on all cardio machines

the treadmill blows everything away

Powerwalkin! 6-10miles 3-5times/week

read Fitness RX -if your goal is to lose BF intense hi/lo treadmill is the only way to go

powerwalkin is not intense enough

What a bunch of horseshhit. Does anyone think that the metabolism reacts to a specific type of training apparatus? "Oh, I'm on the Threadmil RX600 -- I'll burn more calories!

It depends on your pace and intensity and how much you elevate your HR, and that can be acheived many ways, the best being keeping rest between sets to under 30 seconds. At least in that way, you'll also be building some muscle.

And you won't look like a retard riding a bicycle that doesn't go anywhere.

No, but you will look like a retard lifting a weight and returning it to its original position, over and over again.

BTW, I do agree with everything else in your post.
