What's the best choice

I'm starting 5x5 tomorrow and a new cardio program (45 min low intensity runs 4x a week), and currently I'm taking BSN True Mass protein right after workouts, with some 100% egg protein at night before I go to bed, I was thinking about adding BSN's creatine, Cell Mass, and BSN's NO, NO Xplode. Are those good supplements, espcially for what I'm trying to do (add muscle mass and lose fat)?

I think adding these creatine and no2 products to your regimen can help you.
 
So CellMass and NO Xplode are good choices for energy and mass gains?
Cellmass - HELL NO.
NO Xplode - bleh. i hated it made me sick as a mofo.

as for the egg protein before bed forget it replace that with Casein its slow releasing, egg protein not so much, casein will last longer.

yup, egg protein should be AM. Casein at night.

Totally agree. AGX has better products and it is cheaper.

To me the NO and MCC are more for energy, strength than for mass. If you are looking for mass, I'd grab a stack from needto and supplement it with the agx stuff. That is a powerful combo that is working great for me. Tons of mass.
 
I second that, Noxplode made me sick too. I actually remember throwing it up a couple times haha. Some people like it though. I would get yourself a solid creatine product. It doesnt have to be an expensive product. Some people use creatine mono and it seems sufficient. Good luck
