Im just starting out and wanna find the best technics and the right way to go about them when i start. Right now i have only been doing cardio, sit ups and push ups(dont laugh). the past 2 months i have dropped 20 pounds and about 10% bf. I can see my six pack abs already, and im doing my sit-ups wrong cause my back hurts) is this genetics or begginers luck kind of instant results, should i take advantage of this?. I am 30 years old and 2 months ago i was in no shape and had a beer belly. Plus my diet sucks. I do my cardio on empty stomach and post meal is instant breakfast (has a lot of sugar, thats right i said carnation instant breakfast)) i think i need to cut out sugar right? also i consume about 12 packets of sugar substitute a day(feel free to yell at me, it will help). I need to learn about nutrition and technics. Dont want to start lifting until i get the technics right(planning to practice with broom stick) Any advice is good, help! Also I just found this sight last week and it has been so helpful. Thanks everyone!!!!
