thanks b and brothers... i know it's not the small muscle problem. my tris and delts seem to have recovered quickest. my quads on the other hand buckle when going up stairs.
baking gear, eh? i think i'll just blow some warm bubbles into the gear with a straw.
or maybe stick it out...
