I'm with Duckie -- go for the fajita salad if you want to appear less crazed. Salsa as a dressing sounds great -- I'd get that salad without the rice and it's a great balance of carbs, protein and good fats.
Actually, come to think of it... get it with just the guacamole (if you like it) and salsa... that together makes a killer salad dressing/topping and those avocados are great for unsaturateds. Whenever I order a salad at Qdoba or Chipotle, I get it with the chicken and add black beans... and I use the guac and the light sour cream and mild salsa as my dressing. If you know you'll go for tortilla chips, tell them to hold on to those too.
