Im cutting right now...before bed i take in 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (2%) w/peanuts...when i wake up..im starving....i usually dont eat untill i get to work at 730 and i get up at 530am, but i know im doing more harm then good...so once i wake up ...what do you guys suggest? shake? 100% whole wheat bread w/ALPB? something quick..when i get to work i have breafkast.
