I've done Rippletoe's Starting Strength, Madcow's 5x5, and a few runs of HST. Now I'm looking to change it up. Any recommendations? I've never done a split since my first days at the gym when all I did was endless arm isolation and some chest. Back then I weighed 150 pounds. at 6'2 Since all the programs above I now weigh 200 pounds and have made great gains. I would appreciate any help you guys could give me.

YOu can always do 5xc5 bro.
Just put in diff excersizes.

Maybe an upper/lower 4 day a week split? Seems consistent with the other higher frequency type training that's worked for you in the past.

Goals?

I'd be cautious about switching back to a bodypart split, given the success you've had with high frequency.

wendler 5/3/1 is pretty good and worth checking out.

i agree with the first part. but who knows if a "standard split" may shock some new growth/adaptations in him if he uses the strength he gained from the other programs to rep out some heavy ass weight

Simple, learn what your body reacts to and train accordingly. I still base a number of my lifts of the 5x5 system but I am currently doing a 5 day split, when that stops working I'll switch it up again. Also helps to shock the body and do a few weeks where you crank out some high reps at say %60 of your max --probably some haters that won't agree with that but it has helped me push through some plateus even though I would rather be pushing some heavy weight. IMHO can't go super heavy all of the time gotta mix that shit up as well.
