What time of day do you train?

I train at 11 am, eat first meal at 8 am. I always eat before working out if I can, unless time doesn't permit, I feel better and can work better then.

I work out from about 8 to 10... with about 20 minutes dedicated to driving, 20 to some sprints which i do after i lift, and the other time allowed for resting and lifting. Btw, that is in the morning. I eat breakfast at like 7 o clock and have some coffee... but i am still a little out of it at this time. Though, because it is summer, I don't have time to do it later in the day. Err... well i do, but i'd rather be having fun with friends. I lifted at 11 today though, and, i didn't have an increase in energy. I'm more of a morning person than a night person; i get so tired around 10 o clock. If i stay up to 11 though, i become overtired and can stay up as late as i want.

I either train at 12 in the afternoon or at 5pm, depending on my work and or school schedule.

I get up at 4:30am and train at 5am.
I'm MUCH stronger in the afternoons, but with a family, i have to get in my training when i can without disturbing my kids too much.
Once in a while, on ME days I try to get in the gym in the afternoon. Between having eaten, slept, and having a larger audience, i do much better.
