ok, after bulkiing for about 4 months, i started my cutting diet at the beginning of january. so far i am in three weeks, and have went from 171 to 159, the question i am wondering is am i losing muscle or is it normal to lose this much strength, i have went from doing 190 ten times on bench near jan 1 to today, 1/21/02, i did 165 ten times, and my dumbell exercises all went down around 10-15 lbs. is this normal, or do u think i am losing too much muscle, also should anticipate further strenght loss like this or does most of it happen right when u start like it did for me?
