What is your favorite bodypart to train?

Thighs. I love squats. I go deep, slow, and heavy. I like savor every second of it. :lmao: Borderline masochistic with them. Least favorite bodypart is the same as your's. I dread curls.

I have been tacking on one or two arm exercises at the end of workouts when the muscle is already pre-exhausted, so at the end of back, I will do biceps.

Gironda/body drag curls are far more tolerable for biceps, and I also quite like the hammerstrength preacher curl bench.

Other than that, for biceps, retch.

Someone also suggested to go a lot heavier on biceps, it does make it a bit better.

I do the same thing for triceps on chest day, but I like training triceps.

I really like working arms, makes me feel "macho" :lmao: Not too crazy about triceps but they respond for me really well, better than the biceps, in fact.

For least favorite ... legs. Don't respond for beans and between my spinal problems, and limited equipment since I work from home, I can't really work them heavy. I've actually thought about joining the YMCA just to have access to a sled.

Tat, what is a Gironda Curl? I've googled it and have conflicting responses.

You drag the bar up your body instead of having it move in the arc.

I am at work so I can't youtube all that easily, I will look for one tomorrow.

I start off w/ 4 sets of leg extensions, then 4 sets of leg presses, 4 sets of hack squats
I finish w/4 sets standing calf raises & 4 sets seated calf raises

Leg extensions are great for a warm up for legs.

I find that there isn't anything that works the legs as well as squats, and if you want to focus more on your quads, front squats or sissy squats.

Nothing for your hamstrings?

I find stiff leg dead lifts are amazing for hamstrings and glutes.

How many reps are you doing?

If you are getting bored, then you might find a welcome break by going heavier and only doing 6-8 reps and three sets, or once a month throwing in some German volume training.

Only use one exercise for legs, typically squats or leg press are best and use a weight that is around 65% of your maximum lifting weight.

Do 10 sets of 10 reps with only a minute and a half rest between each set.

It doesn't take that long and it is also a killer cardiovascular exercise.

German volume training

LOOOOVE sldl or Romanians for ham/glute training.

I find that GVT is a welcome alternative for me when I am feeling overwhelmed by lifing HEAVY on that particular day. It can get a little boring though. I usually wait only 30-60 seconds between sets to move the workout along. It becomes VERY difficult the last 3 sets.

My favorites to train are biceps and back :)

I'm a guy, and i guess i'm nontradtional as i love working legs and back, personally i love working them together but i can't do it all the time because supersetting those two causes me to get lightheaded and pass out

+1 I get VERY light headed when I train legs.... specially leg press....
