Crazy as it may sound, I LOVE training all body parts!! I just love the way I feel when I'm done. The rush and the pump are worth it to me. I look forward to getting up at 4am to hit the gym at 5. I'm actually bummed when I'm done.
But if I had to pick my favorite, I have to say Legs, then back. I always have a kickass leg day.

Thighs. I love squats. I go deep, slow, and heavy. I like savor every second of it. Borderline masochistic with them. Least favorite bodypart is the same as your's. I dread curls.
