Hey tell me what you's think of this daily meal plan for clean bulking,, I'm 5"11 , 77kg, about 12%bf
Breakfast
2 slices whole grain bread with 3 eggs and 2 rashers bacon
Calories: 561 Fat: 30.4 g Carbs: 16.2 g Protein: 22.1 g
Mid snack
Greek yoghurt and berries
Tablespoon of peanut butter
Calories: 150 Fat: 10 g Carbs: 15 g Protein: 25 g
Post Workout
Protein shake with water and oats
Calories: 250 Fat: 0 g Carbs: 16.2 g Protein: 50 g
-and-
protein weetbix with low fat milk
Calories: 250 Fat: 5 g Carbs: 40.2 g Protein: 20 g
Meal 3:Chicken breast or steak, with veggies and brown rice
Calories: 600 Fat: 3 g Carbs: 70 g Protein: 50 g
2nd workout
Protein shake with oats, another spoon of peanut butter
Calories: 250 Fat: 10 g Carbs: 16.2 g Protein: 50 g
Meal 4:Salmon, veggies, and brown rice
Calories: 500 Fat: 33.2 g Carbs: 50 g Protein: 30 g
meal 5: 2x/3x chicken wraps (grilled chicken,lettuce,wholemeal wrap)
Calories: 400 Fat: 14 g Carbs: 30 g Protein: 40 g
If I get hungry again, I'll usually have a canned tuna or another Greek yoghurt
About 3-4 litres of water daily too
Anybody got any suggestions too make it better or does it look like a solid plan?
