What do you think about this routine?

I am 24 years old and have been training for about 5 years and I have hit a wall. I am growing but not like I used to. I have to change my routine. I found this routine on the net. What do you guys think? 2-3 SETS EACH EXCERCISE AND ALTERNATE THE INTENSITY

DAY 1
INCLINE FLYS
INCLINE PRESS
DECLINE PRESS
CABLE CROSSOVERS

CALF SLED
SEATED CALF MACHINE
STANDING CALF MACHINE

ABS

DAY 2
PULLUPS
BENT OVER ROWS
SEATED ROWS

DEADLIFTS

LEG CURLS
SEATED HAM MACHINE

DAY 3 OFF

I like it. Not what my routine is but looks very well planned out with good amount of recovery days in between.

BTW - Im guessing the flyes done first in the workout are the isolate and pre-exhaust the chest muscles yes? LOL hope that's not your favorite exercise... hehehe.

Also I would add lunges to the quad session. If it's too much for you then just alternate with the leg extensions with them. It's up to you though. All in all looks good.

What are your stats and how much are you eating??
 
I am currently 6 foot, 190lbs with 10% bf. My upper body muscles have matured but not my lower body. I will add the lunges and see how it goes. I don't count my calories but a typical day would be

-3 protein shakes with two scoops each. (23grams Protein for each scoop and about 100 calories)
-One package of Instant oatmeal with some wheat germ, cinnamon and nuts added
-About 400 grams of Inside Round Steak
-About 200 grams of Plain Chicked breast
-A serving of brown rice or baked patatoe with my meats.
- A cup of steamed mixed vegetables etc.
-For most of my carbs, I get them from rye bread, tomatoes, fruit, brown rice, oatmeal, baked patatoe, whole wheat bagels, All Bran.

Probably a good 3500 Calories all in all. Trying to hit 200lbs with 8% bf. It will be hard but whats another year? :)

Looks good bro. You should gain some good quality muscle mass with that eating plan. Of course I recommend an all out bulking diet when trying to gain but to each there own. Good attitude as well with the whole delayed gratification thing. Exactly what is another year?? Patience is what will keep you in this game in the long run. Far too many people are concerned with wanting all NOW!!!! Too bad most burn out because they were not patient.

Anyway are you taking anabolics with this as well?? Or any supplements??
 
I just came off a EQ, Sust 250 and Winny cycle about 9 weeks ago, My next cycle will be next year and it will consist of test, fina, eq and winny. I can't go on an all out bulking cycle because I gain fat very very fast and it really hits me on the love handles and the problem areas woman have (thights, glutes etc..) I am doing cardio 30 minutes a day 5xweek on an empty stomach just to maintain my 10% or else it will jump to 15% easily.

I hear you bro. Well good luck to you and update us on your progress this fall and winter.
