Are carrots in PB good?
I love everything you guys mentioned above.
I like to make sugar/fat free chocolate pudding with skim milk and throw in a few scoops of protien powder. I also do the kiddie snack of PB on celery. Another great snack, which I save a bundle on by making in my own home, is beef jerky (a plus is I get to control the sodium content).
I gotta give props to the college kids who diet right, I'm in college too, and trying to eat right is THE hardest part, whether you eat in the dining hall or not.
