what do you guys think of nuts as protein source

Not a good source, as they only provide incomplete proteins. You need to eat something along the lines of Broccoli or other greenery to complete the protein.

So to sum it up, if you want to consume nuts as a source of protein eat greens with them.

Great source of protein as far as munchies and snacking goes.....

yes--karachi im not saying using the nuts as a meal but as a snack or to fullfill a craving during a diet

I use them to fulfill some cravings, i love almonds, cashews, brazillian nuts etc, great to have a can of them for those cravings because they aren't bad for you anyways

unsalted peanuts, almonds, cashews

Its a great snack and helps with your protein intake. I usually put nuts in my cottage cheese..i know Jkurz incorporates them in his diet all the time.
