what do you guys consider cheating??

Damn..consider raw peanuts cheating? I consider peanuts a healthy fat..not as good as almonds but surely damn close!

As far as the cheat meal goes, I think it is more based on you (as others have stated) because psychologically you think to yourself "damn, I worked this hard all week why blow it away now"

I'm with bunny, my cheat day is normally just more of the cleanest food there is..still makes me feel good about myself :p

I just have ZERO taste for what is considered typical cheat foods right now ... I'm sure that WILL change, not worried about that ...
 
i cheated lastnight big time =( had a carver turky sandwitch some roasted turky breast a side of steamed veggies a side of green beans and some red potatoes all in one huge meal i felt so bloated and full omg it was delecious i been hardcore dieting for 2 weeks cardio evry morning and weights 3 times a week in the evening on about 22hun calories a day i needed it but when i was done i felt like a slutty whore lmao

Just make sure you give yourself what you need in moderation, to avoid BINGING!! Last time I "treated" I woke up leaner & scale weight was less... I'm talking about 2 cups of oatmeal, bag of walnuts, 2 apples, 2 cups eggs beaters, CHEESE, at like 11 pm lol... :) :chomp:
See what works for you, and don't deprive yourself or feel bad ... EVER!

I would pay good $ to see this whole thing go down!:)
 
Sometimes you need to cheat to make any new gains. Your body gets too used to the caloric intake and protein/fat/carb percentages.
Pizza or thai for dinner once a fortnight isn't going to change your bodyfat by percentages.
