if i have reg peanuts b/c i ran out of almonds....i consider that cheating. my friend asked me the other day why i was eating rice cakes with my chicken...i told him it was my cheat meal...he was like why don't you just have pizza or something for your cheat meal...i don't know how to explain to him that even though it's just one meal i feel it in my lowers abs when i eat junk like that and makes me feel like i've taken like 5 steps back.....how bout you guys?
