My traps grow real slow. And they never get sore. So Tuesday I decided to try burnout starting with 80'lb dumbells doing as many as I could and then drop 10lbs and then do as many as I could. I could only get to the 25lbs before I had to stop it was hurting like an SOB. But anyway my traps were actually sore yesterday and today. So do you think burnouts work and if they do how often should you do them?
