I've been playing a lot of basketball over the past few weeks and I've been wondering what exercises can I do to improve jumping and other areas.
Basketball is obviously a sport where there is a lot of jumping and leaping for loose balls, blocked shots, etc. And then there is the need to be able to make explosive and fast moves through-out the game.
So what exercises can help me jump higher and also give me the edge in performing sprint-like manuevers?
