Currently I am getting stuck about 3 inches off the chest- my ME exercises will be a cycle of 1/2/3 board, floor press and high rep dumbell press. Are there some better movments ???
I am a raw bencher and I think speed work is very important.Make sure your percentages are not too high on speed day.Also I use Isometric holds and 1/2 benching from the bottom sometimes to help with bottom explosiveness.Also some negatives and swiss ball work for stability.You could also try pause benching as well.You can also try to use a chest exercise as an assistance exercise
For example:
Max bp exercise-One of the above
Tri work-Jm presses or close grips
Chest work-Inclines or Db presses 4x8
Delt work-Raises
lat work-Rows
