What am I doing wrong?

Hi Everyone. Thanks in advance for your help. Here’s my rundown. I’m a 27 year old female trying to shed weight. I started taking Phentermine (37.5) about 3 months ago. It worked great when combined with my diet and exercise for about one month then stopped working. I’ve read this is normal. I got off it for a couple weeks and then started taking Didrex. It made me feel energized but I didn’t shed any weight. I went straight from that to a Clen/T3 stack.
A friend of mine started with me and she said she felt like building a house every day, it kept her so energized. We had the same medication from the same source so I know they were legit. I got shaky but never felt energy. I’ve continued to work out and am on a high protein low carb diet.
Should I have given my body a rest before jumping in to the Clen/T3 stack? Why didn’t I feel anything? I ended up taking a low dose of Didrex with the cycle during the day (I can’t work out until evening) just to stay awake at work. I’m halfway through the cycle and haven’t lost a pound and the cycle keeps me sleepy with no motivation. What can I do to find results? Thanks.

You're going down a very dark path here. Is the didrex prescribed because of obesity? If not, drop it. The clen and t3 are horrible for your heart. The bad strongly outweighs the good with those two compounds and you'll experience weight rebound as soon as you're off of them anyways. The mixture of all of this is risky. Everything you listed has serious negative cardiovascular side effects, including didrex. You need to take a step back and take a serious look at your diet and training regiment. if you would like to continue discussing a safe solution to fat loss, im all ears. Give me some more info. You my also PM me if you would like to speak about it privately.

Let's keep discussing the safe solution. I do have an Rx for the Didrex. I'm not overly obese; the place I got it from will give it to almost anyone not in perfect shape.

What is your diet and exercise plan? Just roughly.

Also, when I took clen I pretty much went into narcolepsy mode lol. Its crazy, I couldn't keep my eyes open no matter what I did. It can be a little diff for everyone. Clen is nasty stuff.

Sent using the elitefitness app.

I was doing Jamie Eason's workout on bodybuilder, but now I'm doing the Sprint 8 for cardio with some weight training. I'm on a high protein low carb diet. Grilled chicken mostly. Fish, veggies, and a protein shake every day. Nothing fried or processed. Do you think I took too much before the cycle and that's why Clen isn't doing it for me?

The question isn't why wasn't clen doing it for you. The question is, what can you do as a safe alternative? Even here in a bodybuilding/anabolic forum, you won't find many guys who condone the use of clen and t3. We try to steer people Away from it here. As for supplementing, You could try an ECA stack but this is most likely diet. How frequent are you meals? Have you ever use a BMR calculator? Do you know how many cals you need for maintenance every day and the proper macros (protein/carb/fat) needed for your goals?

Just some general advice - Even though your diet is very healthy, you might be deficient in nutrients from the change in your diet and the increase in exercise. I suggest taking a B12 vitamin every morning with food. If you're not already, also take a multivitamin every morning along with the B vitamin.

if you have been fat all your life then its gonna take time to lose the extra weight you don't want.

if you let yourself go after high school or college like a lot of people but were skinny previously its gonna be much easier to lose the weight back

the best way to sustain loss of weight long term is a healthy lifestyle. a disciplined diet and daily exercise. it will happen

My advice is to stop this madness with all these dangerous diet drugs and focus on staying dedicated and committed to a healthy lifestyle. There could be a million different reasons why one person responds well to a certain drug and another person doesn't. That doesn't change the fact that everyone has the same health risks regardless of results. Clen and t3 are both dangerous and the results are merely temporary and the same goes for phentermine. The reality is there is no easy way to reaching goals. Goals are attained through hardwork, dedication, and commitment. Think about your health, and the strain your hearts under taking all these drugs that make your heart work 10 xs harder then it has to. It's not smart at all and I urge you to look at some of the potential side effects associated with these drugs. These fat burning drugs scare me and I use steroids year round. I suggest you stop these immediately before you hurt yourself, and look into something safer like a sarms stack, or n2slin and n2burn.

I was gonna stay outta this one...but the above two posts: bingo
