I woke up with a little pain on top of my shoulder, it feels kinda like an impingement.
The weird thing is that i didn't lift YESTERDAY, I LIFTED THE DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY - LIGHT BICEPS, TRICEPS, AND SHOULDERS, THIS IS MY 'OFF WEEK'. AND YESTERDay I DIDN'T FEEL ANY PAIN AT ALL.
COULD IT BE DELAYED PAIN FROM THE LIGHT WORKOUT TWO DAYS AGO OR JUST MAYBE I SLEPT WRONG?
