Hey everyone :),
I'm 20 years old, 150cm in height
& weigh 58 kilos, I want to loose weight & tone up, what are the best exercises to do & foods to eat to achieve proper weight loss instead if taking diet pills,, I was working out before but I felt like it wasn't doing anything for me but I most likely was not doing it properly,,

Thanks :)

You have have much weight and dont have to worry. You can just try daily morning walk to 1 Km its an easy way to you and also try some light exercises.

Hi kyia,
Great decision of not having diet pills as they might effect our liver, brain and heart. Diet pills may result lack of effectiveness, may lead to depression or stress and may results stroke or cardiovascular problems. Do break your meals in 5/6 small meals including snacks and increase water intake.

Forget any sort of supplement for you atm. At the most get yourself some pure whey protein, great stuff right there for anyone and everyone who wants to be someone. If you search you can find tons of ppl on the same page as you and loads of info. You need to set yourself up with a lifting routine and/or training split. Do a little research online and find the one that best suits yourself. Once you know your weight lifting schedule, incorporate cardio. 15-20 mons before and 15-20 mins after. Remember you won't achieve anything without a great diet. Anybody can go into the gym, lift weights and do some cardio and call it a day. But it's what you do when you get home from the gym
is what really counts. You need I eat CLEAN. And not no salad with chicken, ranch dressing and croutons. You need to keep yourself away from all your unwanted starched carbs. Breads, cereals, potatoes(besides sweet) you know all that good stuff. Get some whole grain rice and sweet potatoes. Eat your veggies like mom said, and high PROTEIN!! Atleast 1.5 times your weight. Chicken! Tuna! Buffalo meat is also real lean and great muscle building agents. Also healthy fats, organic peanut butter is great. Stay away from jiff and those companies. A lot of unwanted sugars and other ingredients. Glad to help :) ask any questions you feel bud
