im damn proud of myself..
weighed in at 215 today!!!

this is the heaviest and leanest i've ever been..
and my motivation is at an all time high..

i think i may seriously get to 5% in 8 weeks max!!!!

Suggestion when the maid comes to clean the room .. get her to clean the bathroom too :)

Looking good Satch. How you can stay motivated on a cutter is beyond me, I suck in that area. Keep it up, my K's at risk...lol

energy suffers a bit..
but strength in the gym isnt as bad as i expected.
i consume about 80g carbs before my workout and that really helps quite a bit.

1. Are you doing any endurance training
2. Are you focusing on high reps
3. Are you doing any sprints to build leg mass
4. Any "two-a-days"

1. Are you doing any endurance training - nope. standard once a day session folowed by 20 minute medium intensity cardio.

2. Are you focusing on high reps - nope. same routine as when bulking.. heavy and hard! but unlike most, i only rest 1 minute between sets.

3. Are you doing any sprints to build leg mass - nope. standard squats, leg presses, extensions for quads, curls and deads for hammies. standing calf raises.

4. Any "two-a-days" - maybe once a week. my energy levels are lower than usual so dont have enough gas for 2 workouts per day. the last 3 weeks i may kick into higher gear and incorporate a few more sessions.

Laying on the couch?!! I wish!!! I'm still getting up at 4am and going to bed at 10pm everynight. I'm still maintaining my food and water intake. And I'm still taking all of my supplements like Glucorell, Vitamin C blah blah blah.

The only workout I get is from work and from hardcore sex!
 
Very nice build.....Sure you work hard to look that good bro keep it up.I did notice no leg shots?? Also seems in the picture that your legs arent keeping up with the top half or is it me? Because i didnt see any pic posted when asked too. I have this problem too.Failed to do them when i was young and everyone was right they dont catch up easy.Your legs grow,your top always stay ahead lol... Anyway enjoy your new look....

I'm going to have to take it VERY EASY for a few weeks though. First of all...my tendonitis is still there! It doesn't hurt, but it does ache from time to time. And with certain movements...it does hurt. So I don't think I'll be able to go all out heavy on the weights. And second...I do have to start light. Can't just get in there and go all out heavy. I'll be fucking sore and stiff for weeks if I do that.
