This is my first post as an Elite member and I want to say hi to all who read this.

Ive spent countless hours watching my husband go over and over these boards, researching people and topics for people and helping him count out and set up the days of his cycles.

Well I had no real interest in weight training till I met WCP and I have been training naturally under him for some time now and he has recently got me 100/10mg anavar.

My knowledge of gear is next to nothing, and he tells me hes not really all that "in the know" about anavar. So he tells me get on the board and talk to WarLobo, so that what Im trying to do.

So, WarLobo if your read this my husband has alot of faith in you, and if anyone else could shed some light on this for me I would really appreciate it.

Im conducting my own research but I figured my husband would know plenty enough to teach me. Unfortunately his knowlege as good as it may be, is not so on anavar.

Thank you and I plan to stay around for awhile.

Incase anyone was wondering or suspecting...yeah this is my wife...very new to the game...

I could not directly help her with this question so I turned her to the people I know can..

I think 10-20mg/Day would be a good dose for you..Judging by your stats. I am not expert on doses for women so I will bump it for more opinions. Welcome to the board as well and remember to read the newbie post LMAO!! Sorry I could not help myself..Best of luck on your cycle :)

Welcome...im glad you came to the boards....usually we cant get the better half to get on here...Anavar is good for a first cycle...usually start at 5-10mgs and see how you do..You want to start off SLOW and LOW. You can always add more..no need to start off high and then suffer some unwanted consequences. Anavar usually does not bring upon nasty sides...you can experience some sides but usually not to the degree you would w/ stuff like primo, winny etc. Watch for sides and then after a few weeks bump your dosage to 15mgs.....but if you are getting good solid gains and no sides at 10mgs....dont see why you just wouldn't stay @ that dosage...but thats where this becomes a personal choice of what YOU want to do and where you want to take this. Do a search on anavar....it seems to be the fav here so there is tons of info on it...what are your goals??? how long have you been training?? Do some reading and educate yourself...You want to be sure of every choice you make. :)
 
Sorry it took me so long to reply to this. I have great respect for your Husband and feel honored that you have decided to join our ranks. What progression have you made since you began working out in the gym with your husband, where are you now, and what are your goals?

Would like to know some more about you. The women love this board because we feel safer here and are our own "brotherhood" (sisterhood). We joke around alot but take each one's progress very personal and are also very supportive of each other. As you may have noticed, that is not always the case on some of the other boards.

Again, we are glad to have you with us. Let us know how your cycle progresses and what results you are beginning to see. I would also confer with New@ that 5-10mg would be a good start in the beginning for you and see where you go from there. There are also some other alternatives, but we can discuss those later on.

Well MRS WCP...I have heard PLENTY about YOUR better half from a very dear friend of mine. *wink* ....yes, he IS quite the fucker!

Anavar is dynamite if you don't mind the expense. Very few women EVERY experience ANY SIDES and it will help you harden up like a mofo while doing gobs of cardio and lifting your ass off. Your strength gains will be ok, but you will NOT LOSE your precious mass while leaning.....SWWWWWEEEEEEET. :D

And yes, MR WCP is quite a smart cookie for having sent you to Lobo. I don't think there is anything that he DOES NOT know!

He's kind of like a "daddy" to us and watches over like no other. He genuinely CARES about women and women's issues as they relate to lifting, nutrition and just fitness in general.

So tell us.....how BIG do you REAAAAAAAAALLLY want to get?

Mrs. Betterhalf, ANAVAR is the S***. I wish it would have been my first cycle. As New@gettingbig said start off at 5mg a day and watch for sides and slowly increase your dosage BUT don't exceed 15mg a day. That's usually when most women start having problems with sides.

I took Anavar at 15mg a day for 12 weeks and I absolutely loved it. I gained 6 lbs of muscle and last about 2% of b/f but was tight and looked lean. I was eating about 2,500 calories a day with 40%/30%/30%split. When I came off, no rebounding, and kept all the gains. I had NO sides, everything I got with ANAVAR was good. When"ON" had a general sense of well being. Great stuff.

BUT everyone woman reacts differently to each drug that's why always start off slow and if you don't have sides or any other problems with it you can always increase. If you start off too high you may develop sides that are permanent and the damage is done.

Good Luck to you on your cycle. The first is always the best.
