waht supplements to use

I am open to suggestions about what supplements I should consider using. I am 6' 6" and a fat 236. I have used creatine and protien drinks, but the results were less than I hoped for. I am a novice who has not been lifting long, so any help is appreciated.

P.S. Any suggestions for a diet? I have no clue here.

U want to cut down fat and ur gulping down protein shakes? Bro take some ephedrine (ripped fuel) and do cardio on an empty stomache in the morning. If u want to lose serious fat and get enuff knowledge try DNP. 1pound/day of fat away.. Also cut down ur Carb intake.. no bread/pasta so on..

Or u can just try crack.. im sure thatll slim ya up..
 
Also. lets say u burn 1000 calories in one day, and intake ..hmm.. . 200 calories (ur starving urself). Thatll slim ya up, ur body will just eat away ur lard ass. and ull be slim
 
Treadmill every mornin on an empty stomach will shed the fat....you really don't need to suppress your appetite and starve yourself you need to limit your fat and caloric intake to certain foods. Protein shakes are good but some come with and abundance of calories & carbs.....eat lots of chicken,fish,tuna,turkey fruits,etc and have 4-6 small serving thruout the day rather that 3 large meals this keep the excess from being stored as fat........We also have a diet discussion board for more info..good luck........RADAR
