It´s my 3rd year, and this is my routine, I want to add some more b-fore doing my 1st cycle (in 3-4 months)
Monday:
chest-biceps
Tuesday:
legs
Wednesday:
shoulders-back
Thursday:
rest
Friday:
tricep-bicep-forearm-legs
Saturday:
off
Sunady:
off

Ok this is it I want to hear from you!:D
 
looks good, but make friday's leg a light session or something
 
6'2'' 183lbs high protein mod carbos even less fat (but not too little, I drink 3 liters of milk everyday)
try to eat every 3-4 hours, protein shake just after trainning.
