Got a copy of that attachment. It will be up to W6 if he wants me to post or email out. I for one, have not been brave enough to attempt it....maybe next year? Should we all try and post before and afters? Then we can nominate him for one of those trainer of the year awards! BTW, W6 I tried to pm you something you might be interested in but it wouldn't let me? You might have seen it anyway.
