Var and winny for female

Howzit everyone.

Hope im at the right spot. I've been using var for a month now to build lean muscle. Diet is good, up my protein a bit. Doing 40min cardio and 40min heavy weights. Did build nice muscle (not noticable, only feel it). I then used winny for 5 days together with var, and started to bulk up. Muscle gains, but going bulk wise, and fat drop a lot slower.

Any advise on what i am doing wrong? Or will winstrol builk a female up?

I train 6 times a week. Nab it hard, lifting 80kg on legs, 50kg on arms.

Caligirl will give ya some solid advice she works with chicks that use gear and has experience herself !
 
Btw if u only did a 5 day cycle ur not gonna get any results


But I could have read ur post wrong

Have you been at 20 mgs/ var for the whole month??

You're on a pretty "hefty" cycle imo and you will bulk up. You should gain weight. Your bodyfat may go down but your weight should go up a fair bit actually.
 
Also...what's the concentration of your winny? sounds like you're using liquid? I'm curious how much the 1 mL dose is?

A safe rule of thumb is the higher you dose and the more you stack steroids, the more you're gonna gain.

Sorry but someone told me that i was a bit too hectic on the good. Winny was 50mg a ml :( and got told i will bulk up and only needed 0.2ml every other day. Was taking 1ml for 4 says in a row. I did shoot up in weight :o 4kg in a week. Legs started to bulk and my arms section. I have cut down for a couple of days now to 10mg var only. Also now hitting the treadmill on 1hr a day and weights 45min. A friend also advised me that doing weights heavy can bulk me up as well, so did cut down the weights to 10/20kg. Did previously 50kg as female.
 
Yikes! 50!! Good call on dropping back! You'll get results with just the 10 of var and will be able to minimize sides and avoid the super bulkiness. Personally, I wouldn't drop back on weights. Sort of defeats the purpose of taking steroids. Make the most of the cycle and if you're getting too big, end it early. Good luck! :)

Thank you caligirl :) glad i did cut back very quickly. And i do need some advice. I am building nice muscle, can feel it but how does it work with dieting and how much cardio to do to drop body fat? I do 1hr cardio every day
