does the psyllium husk at night help with appetite?
It helps some but I am also taking Need TO build Muscle N Slim X as well.
 
Maybe post the picture of your probiotic
here is the probiotic as well as my probiotic.
For psyllium I mix 1Tbsp plain with 1 tsp Metamucil for flavor and I slam 8oz of water with it.

Todays pull went well, focused on smooth sets and reps, felt pretty good. I am looking forward to tomorrows legs session later in the day.
