Todays pull went well, focused on smooth sets and reps, felt pretty good. I am looking forward to tomorrows legs session later in the day.

Egg white, Whey protein, almond milk , slice of toast and peanut butter
Whey shake and bowl of rice cereal pre workout. Also tried Ghost pre workout, not bad, no jitters.
Myoplex with water before bed.
6 whole scrambled eggs with turkey sausage links
6oz Grilled chicken breast wrapped with pinch of cheese and wheat tortilla and hot sauce
Grilled chicken sliced with bbq sauce and vinegar
Egg whites and whey shake before bed.
Weights are about the same, I tweaked the bicep exercises as I felt the Preacher movement may exacerbate deltoid strain which is already feeling better.
