I am going on vacation in just under 4 weeks. I don't have a lot to lose but I would like to cut up a bit before going. I also don't want to balloon with water retention while there. I am not a huge fan of cardio due to substantial muscle loss from it in the past.
Anyway here is what I am thinking:
Diet (Prior to Vacation)
Continue eating unrefined foods, thus eathing very clean
Intermittent fasting window each day (i.e. 12-8)
No cheat days between now and then
(one issue though, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Years Eve are all events that usually include alcohol. I imagine this will set me way back if I indulge)

Limit sodium and refined foods to control water retention
Drink boat loads of water when consuming alchohol
Training (before and during)
Continue my 5-day per week hypertrophy/functional hybrid training.
Any more tips on cutting prior and maintaining during vacation?
