hey bros/girls
have one quick question for the diet crowd, i post mainly on the anabolic borad....im currently cutting and doing quite well going from 220 at 14ish percent to 205 at a percent i havent mesaured yet but for the first time in years the abs are popping and I HAVE HIP LINES lol excuse my happines anyway my diet is working well and i am using a few AF supps to help me along with NO AS
using

sesapure
glucorell
pure cee

my question has to do with my meal directly after empty stomach cardio, i live 10 mins from the gym so i have been just coming home popping a glucorell and having .25 cups oatmeal/.25 cups wheat bran/.5 cup red puffed wheat cereal with 1 tspn splenda and some kind of protein either 1 can tuna or 6-8 egg whites would there be any problem with adding say 1 banana at the gym before i hit home and taking my last 2 tabs pure cee or should i just wait and do it all when i get home???

pretty easy.....thanks for an help

the ONLY sugar (honey or banana) i take in a day is directly after i lift 3 days a week (done on an empty stomach as well), i do cardio 6 days and havent been doing the sugar

If you are gonna eat the banana, I don't think it really matters when you eat it within that period . . . It's not like your body has strict stopping points.

congrats on the progress bro!

no... there shouldn't be any problem.

If you see one begin to arise, state findings and we'll re-evaluate.

Good job on the diet and loss so far bro!! I can't wait to see ALL of my abs either, lol.

thanks alot guys for the help

i didnt think it would be anything major but ive come so far i dont want to take any steps back......

final goal of 195ish is near, hope to still hit a 500 deadlift at that weight....

no prob.

:eek2: wow... that'd be sweet bro! I just hit a PR of 405 x 2reps dead last night... what's concidered a "good" deadlift for around 195lb body weight?

Or is it all just personal goals after one reaches 2 times bodyweight?

i would say its just personal goals at that point....with my dieting i scaled back all my lifts essentially starting from scratch so as i lost some muscle and the weight went down i didnt lose focus......so i started at 365 for 2 sets of 5, i then add 5lbs each week still going for 2 sets of 5.....this week i did 415 2x5 and it wasnt terrible so next week will be 420 2x5 and so on, i have hit 500x1 but i was 220 and ON at the time so im working on it.......

i do these no straps, no belt, no gloves, and no shoes

i would like to compete at some point just to see how i do

i have the 500 on video so ill try and post it up, if not i will re-video my next attempt at the lower body weight.........

Why do you want to add the banana before your shake?. If you're going home PW and having a PW shake, you can just combine any food with the PS.

In general, timing looks like this: workout, 20-30min PW protein shake, 2 hours PW full meal.
