I have never used magnumrx so I can't comment on it personally but the formula doesn't look like anything special to me. I did a quick google search on the product and every review was negative. The website doesnt even list the supplement panel which is a red flag. They make all these claims about how great the product is but don't even post what is in the actual product!

honestly i would ask for my money back as that product looks like garbage to me
hcgenerate ES is going to be your best bet. grab a bottle and run it 5 caps per day, you will feel better

Over the years I have tried different natural testosterone boosters, and no supplement was ever as good as HCGenerate ES - it is perhaps the only product that gave me real and noticeable results. Therefore, this is the only natural testosterone booster I use. besides, it gives me a great boost in the bedroom, which is also very cool.
In your case I would probably go with the stronger version and get HCGenerate ES. I would also get some liquid Cialis from ag-guys for erection issues. HCGenerate ES will definitely help with the sex drive but you might want the Cialis for the actual erection.
