Urgent help needed! I need to be party ready for Easter

Diet: 4 meals: protein in every meal and veggies.
Breakfast 3 Egg white omelette with ham and fat free cheese in the morning.
Lunch 5 ounces Chicken with veggies
Snack 5 ounces of potein and grilled veggies
Dinner : Protein shake or homemade butternut squash soop with fat free cheese.
I cannot still put down the cream in my coffee.

I like the recomendation of some fish. I don't really see any fat in your diet. That can be a killer for women. If you don't eat enough fat your body will produce more estrogen which will in turn make your body hold onto more of its fat.
I am of course speaking of good fat versus bad.
Are you supplementing with any fish oils? How about all natural peanut butter?
What does everyone else think?

Yes, that is correct!
You need good fat in your diet. Having fish (I think I mentioned for dinner) and adding fish oil as Slat suggested. Flaxseed oil and Coconut oil (caps) is great as well; it will help burning fat.

I am so happy I posted for help... I am down 3 pounds no hungry at all, oatmeal makes wonders in the Morning and I added starch as well.

about fat, I am adding a tablespoon of flax seeds to my oatmeal and salad. is that enough? I cannot add more fat because I can control it, I love too much peanut butter and cream and I know I gonna swcrew everything up.

My supplements are ECA stack. I have fish oil pills handy but... you know how your breath smell after that.

Finally I like fish but I live in a small studio in Manhattan and cooking fish is not a good idea.

I will keep posted about my progress. I feel I have the tools to wear my rave clothes next sunday easter.

Agua fresca, for the flaxseed oil, just add 1 teaspoon. You can add that to either salad, oatmeal or shake. Carlson fish oil doesn't have a bad taste, but you can also have it caps. If it's liquid is also 1 teaspoon.

You're right about the peanut butter; some people can have a little, while others it triggers a binge. If you can have a tbs, is fine.
