Diet: 4 meals: protein in every meal and veggies.
Breakfast 3 Egg white omelette with ham and fat free cheese in the morning.
Lunch 5 ounces Chicken with veggies
Snack 5 ounces of potein and grilled veggies
Dinner : Protein shake or homemade butternut squash soop with fat free cheese.
I cannot still put down the cream in my coffee.

I like the recomendation of some fish. I don't really see any fat in your diet. That can be a killer for women. If you don't eat enough fat your body will produce more estrogen which will in turn make your body hold onto more of its fat.
I am of course speaking of good fat versus bad.
Are you supplementing with any fish oils? How about all natural peanut butter?
What does everyone else think?
