No wasn't synthol. Honestly I have never even seen a bottle of synthol in real life. But I did have a 22" arm, cold measurement, for a little while with all of that puss in there.

Only about an inch less than Arnold's!!

Actually, I'm not suppost to do anythign with it that might stretch it. I have a 1/2" cut in the base of my bicep where they have been draining it, and stretching that cut is not in my best interest. They got more out today, but it had a better consistancy and the doctor said it was good, that it should start healing rapidly. I've been out of the gym for 2 weeks now. I'm going to basically have a month of down time.

If I had done a bicep injection say 3 or 4 weeks before it happened it woudl be a possibility. My doctor honestly felt it was from shaving my body with the same razor several times in a row. As previously stated I have to shave everything, even my arms, because I grow thick black bodyhair over an inch long everywhere.
