ah! its been too long since ive been on the boards. so whats going on with all of my peeps!?!? give me some updates ...

steel -- hows the comp prep going?? shit- did you have it already!?!? sassy69.. luv you -- will give you a ring this week sometime sexy momma. NYM, hbg, spatts, vdl, TV, ann, NB.. all of you guys... whats going on!!?!? hows your training going?? new cycles in effect for anyone? do tell do tell.

things with me have been going great, just a little busy. my training has never been more intense and ive just been on point for a while now and its paying off big time.

well, i just wanted to pop in here and see what was new. i hope to have a little more free time so i can check in more often. until then....

I'm around 3 weeks out now from my first competition.....so life is stressed a wee bit here......

Ann... good luck at the comp. last time i saw your pics you looked AWESOME so im sure you will kick ass at your comp. im still sooooo jealous of your shoulders. ive been slamming mine like a lunatic hoping they will grow some more i hope everything is ok with NB. if you speak with her tell her im asking for her and wishing her well.

as for where ive been... ive just been really busy with life i guess. ya know... work, play... yada yada yada. ive met some awesome people the past couple months who have helped me a great deal. ...been meeting lots of bb's and just a lot of cool people with similar interests so my training has been awesome. umm... thats about it i think.oh and lots of wonderful things going on in my personal life too so thats been keeping me busy and not much online play time anymore . i miss you guys!! anywhoo.... ill check in from time to time to see whats cookin.
